General Provisions & Definitions
33bmd ("Platform", "we", "our") is an online betting and casino service provider. In these Terms, "user" or "you" refers to a registered member or visitor of the platform.

Account Eligibility & Registration
2.1 Age Eligibility
You must be at least 21 years old to open an account and use any service on 33bmd. Accounts of underage users will be closed immediately and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Person — One Account
Each individual may open only one account. Operating multiple accounts under the same name, or using the same device, IP address, or payment method, is strictly prohibited. If this rule is violated, all accounts will be closed and balances will be forfeited.
2.3 Accuracy of Information
All information provided at the time of registration must be completely truthful and accurate. An account opened with false information will be permanently closed.
2.4 Account Security
It is entirely your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing your account with a third party is prohibited. Report any unauthorized access immediately through the 33bmd Login page or by contacting our support team.
Deposit Policy
3.1 Accepted Payment Methods
33bmd supports transactions only through Bangladesh's trusted mobile financial services:

3.2 Minimum Deposit Amount
The minimum deposit amount by any method is ৳100 (one hundred taka). No deposit below this amount is accepted.
3.3 Deposit Process
Deposits sent through the designated method with the correct reference number are generally processed quickly. Incorrect information may delay or cancel the deposit. Contact the support team if you experience any issues.
3.4 Third-Party Deposits Prohibited
Depositing through anyone other than a payment method registered in your name is strictly prohibited. Transactions of this kind may subject the account to investigation if detected.
Withdrawal Policy
4.1 Minimum Withdrawal
The minimum withdrawal amount from 33bmd by any method is ৳800 (eight hundred taka). Withdrawals below this amount are not possible.
4.2 Processing Time
Approved withdrawals are generally completed within 5 to 30 minutes. This timeframe applies on weekends and bank holidays as well.
4.3 Identity Verification
For security purposes, identity verification may be required before large withdrawals. Failure to submit the required documents on time may delay the withdrawal.
4.4 In Cases of Fraudulent Activity
If suspicious activity or fraud is suspected on an account, the withdrawal will be suspended pending investigation. If the account is found to be clear after the investigation, the full amount will be returned.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 Welcome Bonus
33bmd offers new members a 100% bonus on the first deposit, up to ৳20,000. For example:
- Deposit ৳1,000 → ৳1,000 bonus → total balance ৳2,000
- Deposit ৳42,000 → ৳20,000 bonus (maximum limit) → total balance ৳62,000
5.2 Wagering Requirement
To withdraw winnings earned from a bonus, you must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit and bonus combined.
5.3 Bonus Usage Terms
- The bonus is available only to registered members making their first deposit.
- The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
- The bonus cannot be transferred to another account.
- Bonus funds may be used to place bets on all sports and casino games.
- 33bmd reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.
5.4 Other Promotions
33bmd periodically offers additional promotions, cashback, and special offers. Each offer will have its own terms, which will be detailed on that offer's page.
VIP Program & Rewards
Regular members of 33bmd are placed into one of three VIP tiers. Tier is determined based on gaming activity and loyalty:
- Bronze — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
It is possible to move up to a higher tier through regular play. VIP benefits are calculated automatically each week and credited to the account. Standard wagering requirements apply to cashback amounts as well.
Betting Rules
7.1 Sports Betting
33bmd offers markets on various sports events. Before placing a bet, make sure you understand the terms of the selected market. If an event is cancelled or incomplete, the outcome of that bet will be determined in accordance with the platform's policy.
7.2 Live Betting
Live betting is available on ongoing events. Odds change rapidly in live betting; the odds at the moment the bet is confirmed will be considered final.
7.3 Bet Cancellation
A confirmed bet generally cannot be cancelled. However, 33bmd reserves the right to review a bet in cases of an obvious data error.
7.4 Maximum Win Limit
A limit may apply on the maximum winnings from a single account within a given period. Contact the support team for details.
Prohibited Activities
Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action:
- Operating an account with fraudulent or false information
- Creating or operating multiple accounts
- Abusing the bonus system to gain unfair advantages
- Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Money laundering or suspicious financial activity
- Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform
Responsible Gaming Policy

- Fraudulent activity or suspicious transactions
- Identification as a minor
- Court order or request from a regulatory authority
11.3 Balance After Account Closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, funds obtained through fraudulent activity will be forfeited. In the case of a closure without fault, any legitimate balance will be returned.
Limitation of Liability
33bmd accepts no liability for the following:
- Betting losses caused by internet connection disruptions
- Software or hardware issues on the user's device
- Delays or errors by third-party payment providers
- Losses Due to Unexpected Technical Disruptions
In the event of a platform error on our end, we will try to provide reasonable compensation to all affected users.
